Ordinarily, water cutting machine needs to use antiwear hydraulic oil in winter . But in view of waterjet's long worktime and the quickly temperature rise.Our Shanghai SKY SONG Waterjet Parts Technology Department‘s recommendations are: The northern water cutting machines in the winter need to use antiwear hydraulic oil.The water jet cutting machines in  Yellow River south of the area because of  the relatively high temperature, need not replace the oil, but when the extremely cold weather begins, do the first low-voltage operation (only open the pump, do not open the high-pressure) 5 to 10 minutes, and begin conduct processing until the pump operation issues the normal noise.
Water jet's biggest "enemy" is icing in winter. Insulation is the usually way of the waterjet  factory workshops in the north of the Yellow River Area. Most of the south of the Yangtze area  will not freeze or only a short freeze. The most troublesome is the north of the Yellow River and the Yangtze River Valley, a long frozen period, the majority of 18 to 100 days, the insulation measures are seriously deficient or missing.

1,Let the water jet part （for example water pump) wear "cotton jacket";
2,Every day before starting the water jet cutting machine,please don't forget the indoor heated,and observe the  water droplet appears from the water jet high-pressure tube/pipe end;
3,When the end of each day's work,please remove the cutting head,and do well the antifreezing preservation;
4,Turn off the water pump,and don't froget empty the water in the water jet parts(such as:high-pressure cylinder, accumulator/attentor and high pressure pipe/tube);
5,Every day before starting the water jet machine,you need to warm up it in advance,do not directly use it.
